Prof.G.L. Narayanappa is currently a Principal, KandulaSchool of Management, Kadapa, which is an affiliated B-School of S.V.University, Tirupati. With more than 15 years of experience he has conductedseveral consultancy assignments for leading organizations such as RashtriyaMahila Kosh (RMK) Govt. Of India, Society for Capital Market Research andDevelopment, New Delhi, APITCCO, CMEY and NIBM. Prof Narayanappa is teachingMBA students and guided several M.Phil scholars. He has published a dozen ofresearch publications in national and international journals and also presenteda dozen of research papers in National and International conferences.

He is a prolific writer. To his credit hasalready published a book entitled “HRM in Grammena Banks”. Another books on“Human Resource Development” and “Industrial Relations” are under progress.

Of rural origin Prof. Narayanappa is firstclass post graduate in Management as well as commerce and was conferred Ph.D.by the S.V. University, Tirupati. He was also conferred prestigious ICSSR(Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India) Post Doctoral Fellowship.
