Dr.Hema Bhalakrishnan is an Assistant Professor inPark Global School of Business Excellence. She has completed her Ph.D fromBharathiar University and has over 8 years of experience. Her industrialexperience throws light in the dimensions of almost all HR activities. She hasbeen awarded UGC NET & JRF in the year 2005.

She has published over 14 articles inleading Indian and international journals and has presented 17 papers invarious international, national, state level seminars and conferences.

Her major areas of interest includeOrganizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations,Strategic Human Resource Management.

R.Sethumadhavan is working as a Faculty in thedepartment of management studies, Tamilnadu College of Engineering, Coimbatore.He has completed his MBA from Bharathiar University and also holds a postgraduate degree in Personnel management and Industrial relations from AlagappaUniversity and  M.Phil degree inManagement from Madurai Kamaraj University. Currently he is pursuing hisresearch in Bharathiar University.  Hehas an experience of over 10 years which includes both teaching and industry.He has published more than 10 articles in the reputed journals and presentedpapers in national and international conferences.

His major areas of interest includeOrganizational Behavior, Human Resource Development, Strategic Human ResourceManagement and Training & Development.
