Dr.Badana Chandra Sekhara Naidu was born in AndhraPradesh. Studied B.Tech (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the IndianInstitute of Technology, Kharagapur and M.Tech in Industrial Engineering fromthe same Institute. He worked initially for four years with Birla Group andlater with the Tata Group for twenty years in various assignments. He was sentto West Germany for one year to study the various German Organizations by theGovernment of India. Tatas also have sent him to various countries. He was thefounder president of Surat Management Association (SMA) and SMA was awardedfour times the Best Management Association during his tenure as president. TheWorld University Roundtable, Arizona, USA, awarded him cultural doctorate inHuman Resources Management.

He has been awarded Jewel of India by theInternational Institute of Education & Management for outstandingachievements in the chosen field of activity, Vikas Rattan Awarded by theIndian International Friendship Society for enriching human life andoutstanding attainments and Life Time Achievements Awarded by the National& International Compendium for his outstanding Achievements in chosen fieldof activity.

He was associated in implementing TPM inSurat District Milk Producing Co-Operative Union Ltd, Surat, Lupin Ltd,Ankleswar, Lupin Ltd, Mandideep, Lupin Ltd, Tapaur, Glenmark pharma Ltd, Nasik,Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd, Dewas, Unichem Laboratories Ltd, Baddi, Aurobindopharmaceuticals Ltd, Hyderabad, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd, Hyderabad,Reliance Industries Ltd, Hazira to name a few.
